SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
FOR SERVICES APPSTOCKY.COM

These SUBSCRIPTION TERMS, along with the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, govern the use of paid renewable subscription to the services of APPSTOCKY.COM. Using any paid subscription means your full agreement with all terms of the contract (with all changes and additions, on the date of subscription). Review these conditions periodically to keep abreast of recent changes.
SUBSCRIPTION METHOD
By issuing a paid subscription, you independently determine the Tariff plan and the period of the subscription based on the current offer published on the website https://appstocky.com/pricing. A subscription is considered to be issued after confirmation of your consent to the TERMS of the contract and payment for services - successful entry of payment data.
SERVICE COST
We publish a description of the subscription tariff plans (indicating the list of services, period and subscription cost) on our website https://appstocky.com/pricing.
The cost of services in the payment currency is displayed on the service payment page and in the bank statement on your card. The payment amount always includes the payment system commission for making a payment, while the cost of services is the difference between the amount of the payment you made and the amount of the payment system commission.
PAYMENT METHOD, BINDING CARD LINK
The subscription must be paid by your personal bank card using the payment system on the site. A bank card is considered tied to your account after sending payment data or after linking the card in the user's personal account.
After subscribing, funds are debited from the bank card for a minimum subscription period. In case of automatic renewal of a subscription for a new period, funds are debited on the first day of the new period. We will notify you of the next write-off in advance by email at the address provided during registration.
After the first payment of services or linking the card in your account, the debit of funds from your card occurs automatically and does not require additional consent (action) on your part. By sending payment data, you grant us the right to debit funds from your bank card on the basis of the selected Tariff plan.
Using a bank card to apply for or pay for a subscription, you confirm that you have the right to dispose of funds on the bank card and are responsible for providing false information about the card holder or unauthorized use of someone else's bank card.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To do this, contact our support team or configure in your account. In this case, automatic debit of funds from a bank card does not occur
BREACH OF PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS
If it is not possible to withdraw funds from your payment card or if the payment was rejected through your fault (for example: insufficient funds on the card; the credit limit on the card has already been reached), the second attempt to write off will be made automatically the next day after the first charge is made. In the event of a repeated unsuccessful write-off attempt, a third write-off attempt will be made on the third day. After three unsuccessful charges, we will suspend your subscription.
In the event that we pay additional fees or incur other expenses due to the rejection of the payment due to your fault, we reserve the right to additionally deduct from your card / account the amount of expenses actually incurred by us.
SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD
Subscriptions to our services are offered with various minimum validity periods (minimum subscription period) and are automatically renewed for the same minimum subscription period until you or we cancel their renewal.
To avoid confusion, please note that the validity of the subscription is determined by calendar days, regardless of whether you used the services to which you are subscribed or not.
Limited time access to content
You get access to paid content for the duration of the subscription.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUBSCRIPTION
Trial period
To understand if you you need an access to paid content, you can use trial period for thirty(30) days, starting from the day the initial registration for an intent of a use of a paid content ( paid subscription). If you do not cancel the subscription, at the end of the trial period, the subscription renews automatically, on the terms of your chosen tariff plan. In this case, the monthly subscription cost on the terms of the tariff plan will be deducted from the linked card. If you cancel your subscription during the trial period, there will be no further deductions from the linked card, and access to the content will be provided until the last day of the trial period. You can unsubscribe at any time. To cancel the subscription, select the setting in your account, untie the bank card or contact our support team. Upon completion of the subscription, you lose access to the service and all rights to unused content. This offer is valid only for new users. One user can use the trial period only once.
Monthly plan (prepayment, monthly payment)
You get unlimited access to paid content, depending on the selected “Advanced” tariff plan for thirty (30) days, starting from the day the initial payment is processed (subscription made). The next day, after the day of the end of the paid period, the subscription renews automatically for the next period - thirty (30) days, on the terms of the Monthly tariff plan. Subscription fees are charged monthly until you cancel your subscription. Since there is no long-term agreement in this case, the cost of the subscription may change starting from the next month of the subscription. If you decide to cancel your subscription within fourteen (14) days from the date of its registration, the amount paid will be fully refunded to you (minus the fees of payment systems associated with the return). If the cancellation occurs after fourteen (14) days, the amount paid will not be refunded, and the subscription is valid until the last day of the paid period. To cancel the subscription, select the setting in your account, untie the bank card or contact our support team. Upon completion of the subscription, you lose access to the service and all rights to unused content.
Yearly agreement (twelve months of subscription, prepayment)
You get unlimited access to paid content for twelve (12) months from the date of processing the initial payment (subscription). You will be charged a one-time amount under the terms of the selected “Advanced ” tariff plan for the selected subscription period, subject to a long-term agreement. Subscription is valid until the last day of the paid period (inclusive). The cost of the paid subscription period does not change, regardless of the current offer. If you do not cancel the subscription, the subscription renews automatically - the agreement is renewed for the same period, upon the date of renewal of the subscription (the day after the end of the paid period). The cost of renewing a subscription in the next period may change. In this case, you will receive a notification and you can cancel the subscription according to the TERMS of the contract. We always notify users in advance of a renewal of a subscription or a change in the cost of a subscription in the next period and provide an opportunity to cancel a subscription according to the terms of the contract. If you decide to cancel your subscription within fourteen (14) days from the date of registration, the amount paid will be fully refunded (minus the fees of payment systems associated with the return). If the cancellation occurs after fourteen (14) days, we will deduct twenty-five (25)% of the remaining balance of unspent funds by agreement, and the service will be provided until the last day of the month in which the cancellation was made. To cancel the subscription, select the setting in your account, untie the bank card or contact support. Upon completion of the subscription, you lose access to the service and all rights to unused content.
CANCELING SUBSCRIPTION OUR INITIATIVE
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription unilaterally, starting from the day the paid subscription period expires or the period for which the subscription has been renewed, provided that you are notified in writing no later than fourteen (14) days before the planned date of cancellation. We also reserve the right to cancel your subscription in cases stipulated by the GENERAL CONDITIONS of the contract.
